All classes will be cancelled when Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above, or the Black Rainstorm Warning Signal is hoisted.
Classes will operate as usual with Typhoon Signal No. 3 or Red Rainstorm Warning.
There will not be any refunds for enforced closures.
